The Accounts Payable Clerk Position at Legends:

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently for vendor payments
- Providing administrative and technical support to facilitate operations
- Generating Daily Event Summaries for the "Weekly Sales Cash Report"
- Handling inquiries through phone, mail, and in-person, and conducting necessary research
- Reviewing vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and managing credit balances
- Addressing vendor inquiries and issues effectively
- Preparing routine correspondence and reports
- Assisting and guiding team members as required
- Performing additional tasks as delegated
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent with a focus on accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and quick learner
- Customer service mindset with adeptness in engaging with various management levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Openness to flexible work hours including weekends and holidays
