Shipping and Receiving

Peoplelink Staffing in partnership with a major client in the retail industry are looking for motivated and energetic people to join their team in their shipping and receiving and processing departments.

Shipping and Receiving Summary

  • 2nd: $15.00 3:30 - midnight + some overtime 3rd: $16 7:30pm-6am Friday-Monday
  • Shipping and Receiving workers will load and unload product from and to trailers on a conveyor system
  • Shipping and Receiving workers will sort and stack cases onto pallets
  • Audit product prior to unloading from trucks
  • Inspect products for damage or defects while sorting

Shipping and Receiving Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy items frequently
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Must be able to bend, stand, squat, and otherwise perform the functions of the job
  • Able to follow and understand safety instructions and quidelines
  • Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
