Job Description:

As a Virtual Appointment Setter at EcoWay Voyagers, you'll be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for initiating contact with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our travel consultants. Working remotely, you'll leverage your communication skills and persuasive abilities to generate leads, build relationships, and promote our eco-friendly travel services. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential clients who may be interested in our sustainable travel offerings through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking platforms.
  2. Outreach: Initiating contact with leads via phone, email, or social media to introduce EcoWay Voyagers and our eco-friendly travel services, and to gauge their interest in scheduling a consultation.
  3. Appointment Scheduling: Engaging with leads to qualify their travel needs, availability, and preferences, and scheduling appointments with our travel consultants for further discussion and assistance.
  4. Follow-Up: Following up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment, nurturing relationships, addressing any questions or concerns, and encouraging them to take the next step.
  5. Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, appointments scheduled, and outcomes using our CRM system or other tracking tools.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation, optimize outreach efforts, and achieve sales targets.
  7. Performance Reporting: Providing regular updates on lead generation activities, appointment scheduling, and conversion rates to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
