Overview

Responsibilities

HSS a Tarian company is currently looking for Security Shift Supervisors to implement and oversee security operations at individual facilities -- including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

E DUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or > Previous security experience Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications Valid driver's license and ability to meet HSS a Tarian company's driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Preferred Qualifications of the Security Shift Supervisor:

Previous experience training and overseeing staff

Armed (Handgun) Qualifications:

At least years of age Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable local or state license or permit to carry a weapon. Ability to pass the initial and semi-annual HSS a Tarian company's approved firearms training course to demonstrate proficiency in use of firearm Ability to participate and meet the requirements of additional firearms training at the discretion of the firearms instructor Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of the HSS a Tarian company'sFirearms policies

TASER Qualifications:

Ability to meet qualification standards when initially placed in a TASER position and annually thereafter Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable local or state license or permit to carry a TASER Ability to participate in and pass additional TASER training at the discretion of the TASER instructor
and/or HSS a Tarian company Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of the HSS a Tarian company's Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER), HSS a Tarian company's Taser Policy
