With a 30-year legacy of providing top-notch service and care in enriching environments, Discovery Senior Living is on the lookout for a Sales Specialist to join their team in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Virginia.

Working Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive census development and meet sales productivity targets.
  • Maintain lead database accuracy and analyze key trends.
  • Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and distribute marketing materials.
  • Provide pricing information and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct sales activities and manage sales process efficiently.
  • Coordinate move-in process and apartment readiness.
  • Stay updated on competition and incorporate insights into sales strategy.
  • Maintain resident information confidentiality and uphold a professional image.
  • Complete pre-move-in paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Three years of experience in sales with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
