About the Position:

This full-time position offers a starting wage of $19/hr. along with benefits. As a Stock Associate, you play a critical role in our mission to change the world, one garment at a time. Your work in the stock rooms is essential to our stores, supporting our teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will help create an environment that fosters growth, inspires outstanding work on an individual and team level, and contributes to expanding our customer base. By building lasting relationships with customers and understanding their evolving wardrobe and lifestyle needs, you have the opportunity to create unique experiences and deeper connections through our garments. A minimum of one year of stockroom experience is required.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Fluency in English

Background in retail or service industry

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

Open-mindedness in experiencing our Brand and products, and assisting in styling customers

Quick adaptability to changing business needs and strategies

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and collaborate in team lifts as needed

Capability to climb ladders, bend, twist, and stoop to retrieve items

Flexible schedule availability
