Location:
Brant Lake, NY
Position Type:
Full-time, Seasonal (May 1st - September 30th), On-site
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Weekends Required)
Compensation:
$17 - $20 per hour (No benefits)

Responsibilities:

Directing Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

Rental Bookings & Check-ins: Manage boat rental bookings, handle check-ins, and ensure a smooth process for customers.

Store Inventory: Oversee store inventory, including receiving shipments, ordering supplies, and maintaining an organized and attractive merchandise display.

Housekeeping: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and welcoming to customers at all times.
-
Cash Out and Customer Assistance: Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and assist customers with their purchases and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Customer Inquiries: Assist customers with questions about products and services, providing surface-level information and directing them to more detailed resources when necessary.

POS System Management: Operate the POS system to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn and efficiently perform the duties of the position.
- Organized and detailoriented with the ability to multitask.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
