As our Production Coordinator, your primary focus will be to coordinate the administrative aspects related to the planning and execution of all our plumbing and service construction jobs.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to customer requests and generate estimates for remodels and reconstruction
  • Schedule Field technicians and provide real time visibility of field installation resources
  • Oversee securing and delivering parts for Remodel and Reconstruction departments
  • Open and close work orders including review of time card entries and assist with billing
  • Followup with customers and technicians to make sure Distinctive Flooring is providing a superior service.
  • Review open jobs to assess scheduling and completion
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the field installers to update job completions, reschedules and adjustments to the day of job activity.
  • Promote good welfare among the company and its' divisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
You will work closely with other internal teams to ensure back office support systems are operational. In the event of support system issues, the Production Coordinator communicates to the install teams and adjust schedule accordingly.

This is a full time position. Compensation will be hourly with incentives. Benefits are available.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

No more than 40 per week
