Role Overview

Comprehensive training provided for 1-3 weeks.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

- Responding to customer queries regarding Orders, Product Availability, Pricing, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) through phone and email support.

  • Efficiently process Orders and perform Order Entry using ORACLE ERP Software (training will be provided).
ORACLE (ERP) software is akin to SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Odoo, or Kinetic.

  • Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) requests using ORACLE ERP (training available); familiarity with ERP software is advantageous.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for phone and data entry tasks.
  • Adhere to established procedures to address, troubleshoot, and escalate customer issues.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday Only:

Shifts: Monday - Friday 5am - 1:30pm, 6am - 2:30pm, 7am - 3:30pm, 8am - 4:30pm

Requirements:

- Successful completion of drug test and background check
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Immediate availability for interviews and commencement of work within two weeks
