The Secretary/ Receptionist role involves providing general clerical support and office duties for the department and its Management.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform basic administrative functions such as preparing business correspondence, memorandums, training materials, and reports.
  • Assist with scheduling and maintain calendars and daily schedules.
  • Establish and manage filing systems and basic databases.
  • Greet visitors, direct them as needed.
  • Maintain departmental tracking logs.
  • Record minutes of meetings and provide necessary documents.
  • Sort and distribute mail and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Provide clerical support to management staff.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when required.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned.
  • Perform general office duties like filing, copying, and scanning.
