Work Schedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends. Travel is irregular but mainly for larger shoots and activations.

Job Description:
We are looking for a marketing director to oversee all of the marketing efforts, both for client projects and our own company needs.
Liaising with several ancillary departments, this role is ultimately responsible for an annual marketing calendar that operates with efficiency and fulfills all assets with quality and timely creative.
Job Duties:
Develop annual marketing strategies and plansLiaise with ancillary marketing departments for coordinated effortsCoordinate with sales and product teams to understand needs and fulfill themOversee the team that brainstorms, creates, and fully executes assets for brand clients and company needs, ultimately responsible for fulfilling marketing needsProject management of varying assets across multiple deadlines, sometimes one-off and sometimes reoccurringEnsuring compliance with laws and regulations governing marketing efforts
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field5-10 years of marketing experience, sports-related preferred3+ years in a leadership role with direct reportsStrong knowledge in paid media, SEO, and other tactics for promotionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel overnight 15% of the timeAbility to lift 10-20 poundsDiversity of Employees from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds encouraged to apply.
