Schedule:
Sunday & Monday evenings, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Compensation:
$19.00 per hour

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter unauthorized persons and potential security threats.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
  • Ensure that all security protocols and procedures are followed.
  • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers, when required.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when needed.
  • Perform any other securityrelated tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Must be qualified for
Level 3 Unarmed Security Officer status.

  • Prior experience in security services, law enforcement, or military background is required. At least 3 years of Security experience is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
  • Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in security administration or similar field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position, including patrolling the premises regularly.
  • Certification in first aid, CPR, and AED is desirable.
