Working Hours: 4 weekdays and every other weekend, alternating between 1st and 2nd shifts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement: 20 years old.
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Valid driver's license is a must.
- Prior experience in residential treatment for at least one year.
- Experience in adult education and training is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Preferred background in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Experience in supervising at-risk youth is preferred.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the role.
- Affiliation with Wedgwood Christian Services' Statement of Faith.
