Join us as an In-Home Support Professional, where you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, encouragement, and security to individuals with disabilities through relationship-building and direct interactions.
Your responsibilities will include supporting individuals in their homes or communities, assisting in the development and monitoring of their personal objectives, and helping them enhance their essential living skills to promote independence. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, record-keeping, and attending meetings/training sessions in compliance with regulations.
More importantly, you must possess strong advocacy skills, a key requirement for all LSS employees.
