Here's an exciting opportunity in Solon. A manufacturing company is seeking an Electrical Assembler who will hand assemble and solder surface mount electrical components on printed circuit boards and read drawings and assembly instructions. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with occasional overtime.

Duties:

  • Electronic and mechanical assembly and rework
  • Troubleshoot to component level
  • Soldering surface mount and through-hole and wiring harnesses
  • Visual PCB and mechanical inspection
  • Work with hand and power tools

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years assembly experience is preferred
  • Mechanical skills, J-STD Training, and experience working with hand and power tools is a plus
  • SMT experience is a huge plus
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot
  • Must have a quality minded approach to work
  • Must have a solid work history, be reliable, and able to work overtime on occasion
  • Must be able to exceed customer expectations while abiding with industry standards
