About the Role:

As the Technology Integration Manager at Capital Gurus, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Technology Officer to establish and maintain processes and technologies essential for driving our growth phase forward.


  • Advanced Management of Phoning Systems:
    - Develop and implement strategic plans for Five9 and AirCall phoning systems.
    - Integrate these systems with CRMs like Salesforce to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
    - Analyze system data regularly to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    - Design custom reports and dashboards for management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Comprehensive Affiliate Program Development:
    - Expand and optimize our affiliate program by targeting industry influencers.
    - Create tracking systems to monitor affiliate performance and identify areas for growth.
    - Innovate affiliate management practices using technology to enhance recruitment and retention.
    - Provide technological support to affiliates for seamless integration and improved performance.
  • Tech-Driven Employee Onboarding and Culture Integration:
    - Establish a technology-focused onboarding process for new hires.
    - Develop training materials aligning new employees with company tools and culture.
    - Continuously enhance onboarding processes to meet evolving business needs and tech advancements.
  • International Team Coordination and Support:
    - Serve as the primary liaison for technology communications between US and Philippines teams.
    - Coordinate training sessions to ensure both teams are proficient in technology use.
    - Report progress, challenges, and successes of international collaborations to management.
  • Leading Technological Innovation and Efficiency:
    - Explore new technologies to keep the company competitive.
    - Implement systems that improve sales and marketing efficiency.
    - Provide leadership in managing tools like Gong for enhanced communication and analytics.
  • Enhancing Lender Relationships Through Technology:
    - Collaborate with lenders to streamline technological processes and data sharing.
    - Manage tech-based projects benefiting both the firm and lenders.
  • Advanced Data Management and Analytical Reporting:
    - Develop sophisticated reporting systems for comprehensive data analysis.
    - Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in platforms like Salesforce.
    - Deliver regular updates and insights to management based on data analysis.
  • Identifying Revenue Growth Opportunities:
    - Develop predictive models to capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.
    - Utilize advanced analytics to uncover trends driving business expansion.
    - Collaborate across departments to implement growth strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in technology management and systems integration.
- Expertise in phoning systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
- Strong leadership abilities for managing cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
