Join Us as a Territory Lead
  • Manage and oversee a dedicated territory in the market handling distributor and key account relationships.
  • Supervise account leads and distributor teams to ensure the successful achievement of sales goals and plans.
Profile | Key Responsibilities
  • Distributor Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key distributors in the market.
    • Provide clear guidelines and expectations to distributors for seamless execution aligned with brand objectives.
    • Monitor distributor performance metrics, taking corrective actions if required.
    • Drive distributors to meet sales and depletion targets.
    • Participate in market events, visits, and distributor training.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage top priority accounts with a focus on sales and depletion goals.
    • Work closely with market leads to address inventory risks and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement programs for managed accounts in line with brand guidelines.
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Collaborate with partners to propose local market programs and events.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and identify new business opportunities.
  • People Management:
    • Provide training and development opportunities for account leads and distributors.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Professional Experience: At least 7 years in sales and channel distribution.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of consumer expectations within the territory.
    • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet evolving business needs.
    • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and distributor networks.
    • Effective interpersonal and people management skills.
    • Finance and budget management proficiency.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and partnering abilities.
    • Capacity to manage change and drive growth within the assigned scope.
    • Achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets.
    • Successful management of KPIs and depletion growth.
