Experience with automation software, networking equipment, and various low-voltage equipment
Education:

HB Staffing is seeking Lead Technicians to join a growing and dynamic team
Job Description:
Ensure seamless installation and troubleshooting of various A/V components at job sites.
Assist clients in understanding and optimizing their A/V equipment.
Mentor and guide other technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Work with your team and other trades on projects.
Lead and train tech assistants, allowing them to practice certain skills on job sites under your supervision.
Assist with digging and trenching for the wire placement as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Experience with URC, RTI, Crestron, or other automation software. (Required)
Knowledge of Ubiquiti, Araknis, Netgear, or other networking equipment. (Required)
Proficient in installing low-voltage equipment, including TVs, audio equipment, phones, and more. (Required)
Strong computer, networking, tech support, and research skills.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work 12-hour days as needed.
