Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $22/hour, with opportunities for increases based on experience. Additionally, we provide shift and weekend differentials to recognize the value of your hard work. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is also available to new hires.

Shift and Schedule Options:

We have a variety of shift and schedule options available to fit your needs, including:

  • Morning shifts from 7am to 3pm
  • Evening shifts from 3pm to 11pm

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Pinnacle Health & Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and dining
  • Ensuring resident comfort and safety at all times by providing friendly, timely, and quality care
  • Respecting and maintaining residents' rights at all times
  • Responding promptly to residents' and family members' requests for assistance
  • Observing, recording, and reporting any changes in resident status to the charge nurse or director of nursing
  • Accurately documenting resident care and services
  • Performing other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Experience working in a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital setting (preferred)
