As a Representative Of a Major Storage And Organization Manufacturer, The Territory Manager Is Responsible For Developing And Managing The Growth Of Independent Dealers Serving Both The Single Family And Multifamily Markets In Our NY, NJ And PA Market. The Territory Manager Will Represent The Organization And Product Lines While Educating The Dealer, Single Family, And Multifamily Market Members About Our Products, Programs, And Opportunities In Storage And Organization. The Primary Responsibilities Will Be To:
- Target and sell new dealer partners.
- Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with existing dealers.
- Sell on the quality of our products, innovation in both product and technology platforms, and accelerate the transition of builders and owner-developers to upgraded storage options.
- Network and build relationships with Single Family and Multi-family owners, architects, general contractors, builders, and installing dealers in the territory and sell them on Organized Living products and programs.
- Three years sales experience (minimum)
- Comfortable with latest technologies, including presentation software, mobile, CRM, and other online applications.
- Typical travel 30-50%
- Competitive, energetic, and motivated with excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus, and passion for selling. Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Self-driven, motivated by success
- Knows how to work with team members and leverage influencer channels
- High EQ seller we expect our salespeople to have a Challenger Sales mentality
- Has capabilities of both business development and account management
- Must be an effective strategic thinker with proven tactical execution territory planning is key
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in the construction industry a big plus.
