Duties:

• Provide weekly therapeutic support, crisis intervention, safety planning, and family preservation services for clients
• Offer intensive case management for vulnerable children with special needs
• Ensure regular communication with supervisors regarding child's well-being
• Document all activities according to organizational policies
• Implement clinically focused interventions and social work best practices
• Participate in supervision meetings and other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in clinical settings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to the organization's mission and values
• Specialized certifications such as CBT or trauma-focused CBT are a plus

Special Position Requirements:

• Clearance of criminal background check
• Completion of Child Abuse and Neglect background checks
