We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consulting Sr. HR Analyst to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic insights through data analysis to help drive our team's performance. This role will play a critical part in shaping our human resources strategies and initiatives. With your experience, you will be expected to conduct comprehensive analysis on our HR processes, employee performance, and metrics to help us make informed decisions that will propel our company's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex HR and sales data, identify trends, and develop predictive models.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal and HR teams to understand their needs, and translate these into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboard, and present regular reports to the management team.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of our team's performance, and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead HR-related projects, such as talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Facilitate training and workshops to enhance the sales team's understanding of HR metrics and their impact on performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics.
  • Proven experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and sales metrics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful HR-related projects.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) desired, not required
