Your Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships effectively.
  • Deliver prompt, precise, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Guide customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing targets.
  • Assist in creating and managing a digital marketing system for office promotion.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a dedicated mindset to achieve success each day.

What We Look For:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Passion for helping individuals manage life's risks and fulfill their aspirations through insurance and financial products.
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable conducting office interviews and relating well to customers.
  • Bilingual (Spanish proficiency preferred).
  • Active Property and Casualty license.
  • Active Life and Health license.
  • Flexibility for occasional irregular working hours.
  • Available for the schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Bachelor's degree mandatory.
  • Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
