Occupational Therapist - K-12 Caseload (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the holistic development of K-12 students.
Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist at Soliant Health, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for students with diverse needs. Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time position, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual student needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapeutic strategies into the academic and home settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary.
- Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Valid California license as an Occupational Therapist
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
