Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist at Soliant Health, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for students with diverse needs. Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time position, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual student needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapeutic strategies into the academic and home settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary.
  • Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
