Associate Planner

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Independently run and distribute reports and recaps related to sales, profit, inventory, and KPIs Analyze the Full Price business and share key learnings and recommendations to meet/exceed business goals Assist in building door-level strategies to maximize sales and margin in Full Price stores Maintain sales and receipt forecasts for the Full Price replenishment program Serve as the primary allocator for Full Price stores and support Outlet allocations Escalate and troubleshoot store inventory issues Support DTC team in developing and maintaining analytical tools Assist with presentation decks and present to teams in meetings How you will do it:

Work closely with buyer to understand performance drivers and category/promotional opportunities Monitor SKU and category-level performance to optimize sales and inventory Partner with Director of Planning on monthly, seasonal, and annual forecasting Build cross-functional relationships with Buying, Finance, Operations, Field, and Warehouse teams What success looks like:

Develop and achieve sales and margin targets Achieve stock targets in Full Price Facilitate inventory sharing across DTC Troubleshoot and enhance reporting and analytic tools Free To Be, Inclusion & Diversity

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 years of related planning and forecasting experience (DTC / Merchandising / Demand)

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Hiring Range:

$53,600.00 USD - $67,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
