We are seeking a highly motivated Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our leaders, managing reward programs, and ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated. You will work closely with the Compensation team to lead projects, manage processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Assist with annual compensation programs, reward program administration, and operations
- Manage and execute reward programs efficiently
- Administer salary surveys and collect relevant data
- Support the Compensation team with job evaluations and program updates

Requirements

- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and Excel
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Adaptability to changing environments and priorities
- Knowledge of compensation theory and practices
- Project and change management skills
- Experience with Workday system and executive-level presentations
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business
- Understanding of Automotive or Manufacturing industries
