We are **currently seeking** a **knowledgeable and skilled** network analyst to **optimize** our computer network for **enhanced** business operations. As a **valued** member of our team, you will **conduct** in-depth **analysis** of network performance, provide **top-notch** network support, and **execute** essential system maintenance tasks. **To excel** in this role, you should **demonstrate** **extensive** experience in **configuring** networks and **delivering** exceptional IT support. **Dedicated** network analysts are **experts** who **prioritize** maintaining **high** network security standards while **driving** **innovation**.

Responsibilities at a Glance:

  • Proactively **analyze**, **report**, and **monitor** network performance using advanced software tools.
  • Offer **prompt** network support and **troubleshoot** connectivity issues for a variety of settings.
  • Collaborate with Senior network engineers on **key** projects and provide **essential** support.
  • **Configure** Cisco hardware and software to **enhance** network communications effectively.
  • Establish **robust** LAN and WAN networks, along with implementing Voice Over IP solutions.
  • Manage IP addresses **efficiently** and **resolve** conflicts to maintain network integrity.
  • Monitor and manage LAN network services, including cloud-based Wi-Fi, security protocols, and telecom standards.
  • Execute **crucial** system administration tasks to ensure the **security** and **stability** of the network.
  • Document processes **meticulously** and continually **monitor** network performance metrics for **optimization**.
  • **Engage** with internal departments and provide **training** to other IT support staff to **ensure** **smooth** network operations.
  • Stay **abreast** of **cutting-edge** advancements in network technologies and **implement** **innovative** solutions.

Requirements You Should meet:

**Education and Training:** **Possess** an Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science or **management** information systems.

**Experience:** **At least** 3-5 years of **proven** experience as a network analyst or in a **similar** role, **supporting** Cisco LAN and WAN hardware.

  • **Skills and Competencies**:
  • Willingness to **travel** within the United States for various projects and deployments.
  • **Comprehensive** knowledge of hardware, software, and effective network installation planning.
  • **Exceptional** ability to offer network support to diverse vendors and **resolve** **complex** issues across LAN, WAN, Wireless, and telecom installations.

  • **Extensive** familiarity with Cisco, Aerohive wireless, Ring Central, and Dell hardware.
  • Advanced proficiency in **setting up** and securing networks with routers and switches.
  • Skillful in **documenting** network installations, **producing** detailed reports, and **monitoring** performance using tools like SolarWinds.
