Job Summary:

As a Clinical Outreach Representative at Within Health, you will be integral in enhancing brand visibility and forging strong business relationships across the southeast region. Your role will focus on implementing strategic outreach initiatives that bolster our business development efforts, driving lead generation, expanding and strengthening our professional network, ultimately supporting the company's growth goals. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development, experience with eating disorders, and possess a strong book of business.

Your primary goal is to execute outreach strategies that aid our business development directors in increasing lead generation, expanding our network of business relationships in the southeast, and contributing significantly to our organizational growth objectives. This position is remote, as it does not require to be in an office but is expected to travel weekly throughout the assigned territory.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Champion the "Within Health" brand through a well-versed knowledge of the program.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key referral sources such as therapists, dietitians, physicians, psychiatrists, schools, community organizations, and other relevant healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Directors and business development team members to implement clinical marketing plans, including personalized follow-up communications to enhance rapport with providers.
  • Coordinate the participation of business development leaders in conferences and events, including the preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and networking strategies.
  • Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
  • Design and implement Salesforce templates to document and highlight monthly business development activities.
  • Manage the organization and coordination of both internal and external virtual events, on both national and state levels.
  • Assist in driving new business leads and fostering new relationships in states included in our In-Network (INN) expansion.
  • Deepen Within's relationships with existing partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, community outreach, or similar fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Travel is required throughout the Southeast Territory for this position along with a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel throughout the southeast for meetings with potential referral partners.
  • Moderate lifting 15-25lbs.
  • Experience presenting/hosting video conferencing w/ corporate personnel and providers.
  • Must be based in one of the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia.
