Job Description:
As an Audit Manager, you will oversee specific audit areas as an Auditor-in-Charge (AIC), driving the audit strategy for our Lines of Business (LOBs). Your role involves conducting risk-based audits, defining scope and test procedures to assess the control environment, drafting audit reports, and managing relationships with business partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering inclusivity in the workplace and mentoring team members.
With a global reach covering Counterparty Credit Risk, you will lead team reviews, including large cross-functional audits, to provide comprehensive assurance over the Counterparty Credit Risk framework. By applying analytical skills and leveraging business expertise, you will identify control trends, assess business impacts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define audit scope and programs, draft reports using innovative methods
- Oversee audit testing ensuring compliance with standards and policies
- Provide recommendations on severity ratings and escalate issues as needed
- Influence and challenge management to enhance control environment
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering an inclusive environment
- Develop relationships with line management to deepen business knowledge

- Proficiency in analytical tools and automation (Alteryx, Python, SQL, SAS, Advanced Excel and Access)
- Advanced degree
- CPA certification preferred
