Position OverviewThe Vice President of Operations will lead Prime Group Shetland Park in Salem, MA, overseeing all property aspects to drive growth. Responsibilities include managing administrative, financial, and operational tasks, fostering communication between departments, and optimizing expenses for income.The role involves collaborating with executive leadership, developing revenue growth strategies, and promoting employee engagement.Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage property and associates, provide coaching for performance improvement
  • Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and projects
  • Ensure effective communication between teams and departments
  • Control expenses to maximize property income
  • Collaborate on budgeting, reporting, and enhancing asset performance
  • Engage with tenants and support leasing activities
  • Promote employee engagement and service excellence
  • Develop marketing plans and explore growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of operations management experience in office, commercial, or retail settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field; MBA/Master's is a plus
  • Property Management license/certifications are advantageous
  • Experience with Facilities Management software
  • Proven leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills
  • Ability to streamline processes for efficiency
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
