  • Experience with managing a team of diverse call center representatives.
Key Responsibilities of Role:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales call center department.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate call center performance, ensuring high quality customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and motivate call center staff to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Implement effective sales techniques and strategies to maximize productivity and revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze call center data and generate reports on performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements.
  • Evaluate staff effectiveness and performance annually or on an at-need basis.
  • Lead team meetings and give presentations to executives.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans.
  • Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage.
  • Answering questions, guiding employees through difficult calls or issues, training rebuttal.
  • Work in cross-functional team to create rollout plan for new products, services, or technology.
  • Conduct system-platform analysis. Assess areas of improvement in protocols and processes.
  • Develop and conducts training for new products, services, or technology as needed.
  • Support new Call Center software maintenance.
  • Perform weekly quality assurance evaluations, providing coaching and / or taking corrective action as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of member satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy in all retention activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed retention activity goals by utilizing sound phone-based customer save techniques.
  • Ability to learn and master order processing within the billing system regarding all aspects of retained accounts, new sales order entry, account lookup, and other tools and functions as they relate to the retention function.
  • Acquire and demonstrate thorough knowledge of competitors' pricing, packaging, and products in an effort to discuss side by side comparisons of Conexon's and competitors' products and services.
  • Maintains product information and prices, call lists/lead lists to enhance sales activities through planning activities based on accurate and precise information.
  • May be asked to attend marketing events in/around assigned territories.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned.
  • Reports directly to Director of Sales.
Education Level : College Degree Preferred (Not Required)

Experience: 1-2 Years Call Center Management Experience Required. Experience/Knowledge Base in Telecom is a Major Plus

Compensation: Base + Bonus

Location: In Office - Call Center - Jackson, GA
