Comprehensive training on our purchase order system will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet customers at the door or over the phone, providing the information they seek.
  • Efficiently navigate our purchase order system to retrieve and record customer details.
  • Utilize the purchase order system to process transactions, charge purchases, and generate alteration tags.
  • Exhibit teamwork, with a strong focus on customer service and proficiency in computer use.
  • Promptly address and fulfill guest needs and requests.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
