Guest Experience Managers collaborate with the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

They inspire and guide team members, maintain standards in both the kitchen and dining area, and ensure a secure and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Our ideal Guest Experience Manager is diligent, enthusiastic, and skilled in team leadership and coaching.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and nurture Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Manage the entire guest experience
  • Cultivate Culinary Leads and maintain food safety & quality standards
  • Supervise food and beverage management, covering inventory, ordering, and budgeting
