PositionDescription

The EnterpriseApplications Analyst (SD/MM/PP) will engage directly with multiplecross-functional business teams to evaluate and deliver highquality solutions which optimize and enhance the existing SAPsystem. This role is chiefly responsible for evaluating newenhancements and project requests and supporting the business todefine their requirements. These activities will support theproject prioritization for the portfolio, as well as solutiondesign. This role has a high-degree of user engagement to performdiscovery requests and deliver solutions for newfunctionality.

The role will also serve as leadon small to medium enhancement projects, orchestrating solutiondesign, managing deadlines, managing business communication andprovides status updates, research and resolve production supportissues, develop functional specifications from businessrequirements, coordinate development (ABAP&BW), providetechnical support and contribute to overall software architectureand process solutions for SAP SD, MM, & PP. The role will beresponsible for the solution, design, system configuration,testing, documentation and post implementation support.

This position reports to the Functional Analysts Managerwithin the Information Systems’ Enterprise Applications Team. TheInformation Systems Department has responsibility for EnterpriseApplications, Master Data Management, IT spend and controls, IMOand the PMO for Refresco NA.

KeyAccountabilities: ·

• Responsible for solving complex problems; design,configure, test and implement solutions for SAP SD, MM, andPP 
• Analyzes business needs, documentsrequirements and translates needs into functional, non-functionaland/or technical specifications. Performs analysis, and evaluatesdownstream business, systems, process, and/or organizationalimpacts. 
• Elicits complete and thoroughrequirements from the business to ensure accurate effortestimation 
• Accurately estimates effortrequired to implement a solution based on businessrequirements 
• Identifies all impactedfunctionality and processes when evaluating businessrequirements 
• Analyzes the process to beimplemented, defines system requirements in terms of systemcapabilities and configures SAP. 
• Maintains a high level of functional competency regardingstandard SAP SD, MM & PP configuration and keeping current onSAP trends & future enhancements. 
• Collaborates with the development team in order toachieve desired end-results on complex problems by deliveringscalable business process solutions. 
• Plans and assists with oversight of testing processes andactivities including defect identification andresolution. 
• Develops or assists in thedevelopment of work plans, time schedules, project task items, andassists with estimating resource needs for analysts, developers,business user personnel, and consultants. 
• Advises business partners on the implications of standardor new SAP solutions that can be applied to aproblem. 
• Experience and knowledge in keyintegration points of SD, MM, & PP with other operations andmanufacturing modules. 
• Identifies risksand issues and seeks approval on complex matters. · Documentsquality training material for business users. 
• Builds strong relationships with businesspartners. 
• Exhibits patience and devotestime to understand current state processes andconfiguration. 
• Provides subject matterexpertise and production support to internal business partners onan ongoing basis. 
• Performs all otherrelated duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications: 

• Expertise in design, delivery and support ofSD, MM & PP SAP modules. 
• Extensiveexperience in Purchasing, STOs, Logistics, Transportation,Logistics Invoice Verification and related Materials Managementprocesses 
• Experience in design, deliveryand support of SAP Procure to Pay and Order toCash 
• Extensive experience with Inboundand Outbound Deliveries, Goods Issue and GoodsReceipt 
• Extensive knowledge ofintegration points across SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, PM, PP,and QM 
• Experience with S4 and/orprofessional certification preferred 
• Experience with EWM highly desirable

Education andExperience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Production, Business,Information Systems or another related fieldpreferred 
• 5+ years hands onconfiguration experience in SD and MM modules 
• 2+ full life cycle implementations with focus onSD/MM 
• SAP Certification in SD for Suiteon HANA and/or S4 highly desired.

Requirements: 

• Travel Requirements 15-20% 
• Must comply and acknowledge the "Refresco Home-based JobRequirements" policy reviewed during new hire'sonboarding.
• This position requires travel foron-site on-boarding at the onset of employment, for a period of 2weeks, possibly longer.
• This position requiresSpring and Fall travel for week long department Summit meetings inTampa.
• Due to the impact that this role has onRefresco North American operations, travel on short notice toprovide business critical support may be required.
