This is a hybrid position. Responsibilities New Hire OnboardingPrepare and process all new hire documentation and onboarding workflows through iCIMSCoordinate background checks, drug screens, and employment verifications to ensure compliance and timely completion.Manage communication with new hires from offer acceptance through start date, ensuring a positive and informed experience.Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to coordinate system setup, equipment, and access prior to start dates.Maintain onboarding records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal and state compliance standards.Assist with I-9 completion, E-Verify, and internal audit preparation.Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address any issues or delays.Career Fairs & Early-Career RecruitingPlan and coordinate logistics for all university and career fair events, including registration, travel arrangements, and booth setup.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure proper event coverage, messaging, and materials.Track and manage shipments of marketing collateral, banners, and giveaways to ensure all materials arrive on time.Represent Keller at select career fairs, engaging with students and promoting internship and full-time opportunities.Maintain the recruiting event calendar and communicate updates to the HR and Recruiting teams.Capture candidate leads from events, track outcomes, and support follow-up outreach to prospective candidates.Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting leadership to strengthen Keller’s employer brand and presence on campus. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or event coordination.Experience with applicant tracking and HR systems (iCIMS, ADP, and ServiceNow preferred).Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional presence and customer service orientation, both in person and online.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel as needed for career fairs and events.
