Job Overview:

In this role you will provide after-salessupport for Marvin windows and doors, collaborating with ourcustomers to provide outstanding experience.

Highlights of your role:
  • Provide post-sales support for Marvin Companies’ windowsand doors.
  • Professional, timely communication with all customers andMarvin support staff that will allow us to fulfill our mission ofdelivering a game changing customerexperience.
  • Efficient time management, route planning and service jobscheduling that meets our stated service goals and the needs of ourtargeted customer.
  • Clear, concise jobsite documentation that providesinsight to the inside support staff to facilitate timely closure ofall service requests.
  • Company vehicleprovided 
  • Laptop or iPadprovided
Salary Range: $24 - $30per hour, pay based on experience You're a good fit if you have (orif you can):
  • Dependable,solid work ethic and aself-starter.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be able to deliver adifficult message and manage customerexpectations.
  • Excellent computerskills 
  • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to thinkoutside the box to resolve serviceissues.
  • Must have the ability to make sound decisions that impactthe company from a financialstandpoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability tocreate effective weekly workschedules.
Also want to makesure you have:
  • High schooldiploma
  • 3-5 years of construction background.  Window anddoor product knowledge; a good background in construction andinstallation practices.
  • Excellent driving record and valid driver'slicense.
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements of positionincluding lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders andscaffolding.
  • Must meet the Federal Department of Transportationmedical certification requirements (Physical)  and drivereligibility.
