Prepares and administers prescribed medications (orally, subcutaneously, or intravenously) and accurately documents their administration. Reports any adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with policies and procedures for registered nursing practice. Educates patients about surgical procedures and provides support throughout their care. Records patient medical information and vital signs accurately and thoroughly.   Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current State RN license (or willingness to obtain). 3 years of experience in this specialty. BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
