Job Title: Packaging Room Associate - Cold WarehouseLocation: Moorestown, NJ 08057Pay Range: $17/hrSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
SummaryWe are currently seeking a dedicated Packaging Room Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Packaging Room Supervisor and/or the Operations Coordinator, the Packaging Room Associate will be responsible for completing primary and secondary packaging room activities according to established procedures. 10% of job is in refrigerator, must be okay with the cold
Responsibilities
  • Perform manual bottle filling and inspection.
  • Fill and inspect blister strips and blister cards.
  • Apply labels manually, assemble packaging components, and conduct inspection procedures.
  • Operate semi-automated packaging equipment in primary and secondary packaging rooms.
  • Conduct major and minor cleaning tasks in packaging rooms and on equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well with others.
  • Understanding of cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and observance of safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in English literacy and basic mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and cGMP standards is preferred.
