What You Will Be Doing
As a Sustainment Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and tracking risks and opportunities across program, and assisting in milestone selection and tracking, as well as facilitating IMS updates.

• Reviewing and approving repair and rework requirements by utilizing various tools and analysis techniques, ensuring contract and schedule are met.

• Interfacing and collaborating cross-functionally with production repair operations, repair depots, procurement, PP&C, quality, engineering, and various leadership or program management both internal and external to execute roles & responsibilities.

• Responsible for contract data deliverables and supporting Depot standup activities both on and offsite for various customers.

• Supporting frequent presentations and briefings to senior leadership and external customers.

Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements, maintain and deliver GFE hardware, tooling, and support equipment
• Ability to track, submit, and report contractual data deliverables
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Sustainment experience.
Desired Skills:
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications
• Familiar with MFC Asset Management System (AMS)
• Experience interacting with management and customers
• Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing
• Risk and opportunity management
• Proposal experience
• Finance / CAM experience and/or working in support of EAC/ETC generation

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
