Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees.
  • Work in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day.
  • Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchial programming based on data, progress and the continued assessment of the client.
  • Review reports and session notes regularly.
  • Provide on-going direct and indirect family guidance that are necessary for programming success.
  • Applicant will complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
  • Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members.
  • Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Perfect Pair.
  • Applicant should have a strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
  • Review data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members.
  • Perform comprehensive initial intake and perform recurring assessments.
  • Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)Qualifications:

  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
  • LBA (if applicable)
  • Willing to have a background check
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication
  • Must have a reliable car and drivers license for commuting to the home of clients.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.
