We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children using evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and monitor progress.
  • Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Strong assessment, planning, and implementation skills.
