Position: Physical Therapist
Location: School District near Bonners Ferry, ID
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify students' physical challenges and needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to address students' motor skills, mobility, and physical well-being.
- Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other school professionals to enhance students' academic and social participation.
- Providing direct physical therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Active participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to the formulation of relevant goals.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- While experience in a school setting is advantageous, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
