Soliant Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Las Cruces, CA. This full-time, on-site role is for the 2024-2025 school year, and provides an exciting opportunity to support and enhance the educational experience of K-12 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify and address students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students' mental health and academic success.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions.
- Assist in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and offer recommendations for student support.
- Offer crisis intervention and provide support to students and families as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid California School Psychologist license.
- Prior experience working as a school psychologist or with K-12 students is preferred.
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
