Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Wichita Falls, TX and Surrounding Areas

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 23/24 school year. This position is based near Wichita Falls, Texas, and includes surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct therapy services to individuals with communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress towards goals
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide valuable input on speech and language needs

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
