Job Details for Benefit Verification Specialists:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (Multiple schedules between 8:00AM-8:00PM) 
  • Pay: $17.84-$19.62/hour (shift differential) 
  • No weekends 
Job Description for Benefit Verification Specialists: 
  • Handle outbound calls to verify patient coverages.
  • Identify coverage restrictions.
  • Live document updates to accounts.
Job Requirements for Benefit Verification Specialists:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2+years of customer service, insurance, benefits, or related healthcare experience 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
