MCR Safety, a division of Bunzl, is seekinga Sales Coordinator for our office in Collierville.  The SalesCoordinator will recognize, develop and implement processimprovements within the Sales department, enhancing productivityand efficiencies. The Sales Coordinator will also create andmaintain reporting , update information as needed and support theSales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Program new contract pricing; modify existingcontract pricing
  • Create new accounts andmaintain existing customer master data
  • Inputcustomer point of sale data into SAP for commission and analysispurposes
  • Set up and manage users for onlinecustomer portal
  • Upload and submit sales datato buying groups for buying group members
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales improvementwith a focus on uncovering process bottlenecks andinconsistencies
  • Data mining to own our “SalesData” – including ways to cleanse, scrub, segment, and developmodels/analysis to support our decision making andstrategy
  • Audit and review rebates and co-opsfor accuracy according to company policies
  • Pricing analysis to cover column price, contracts andother customer master content

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advancedproficiency of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications isrequired. 
  • Highly proficient in SAP andother end-user applications
  • Excellentanalytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment andcommunicate effectively
  • Strong interpersonalskills with proven ability to deliver to a high standard
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changingpriorities
  • Understanding of support tools,techniques, updates and how technology is used to provideinstruction and resolution in a timely and efficientmanner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to workin a fast-moving environment
