We are currently seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to become part of our on-site community team, dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

What are the key responsibilities of a Property Leasing Specialist?
  • Deliver community information to prospective tenants in a professional manner to meet their rental needs.
  • Offer precise details on the appealing features of the community and its surroundings.
  • Establish positive relationships with potential residents by responding to phone and email inquiries promptly.
  • Process applications for prospective tenants and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Prepare lease agreements and other necessary documentation.
  • Follow established procedures to coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring proper documentation and communication with relevant departments.
  • Address resident concerns and assist in developing effective solutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
What qualifications are required?
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is essential.
  • Experience in multi-family property management is preferred.
  • Leasing experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software is preferred.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with team dress code policies.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is necessary, including potential weekend hours.
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
