Data Entry Claims Assistant Job Description: 
  • Review insurance claims and communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and additional information
  • Enter data pertaining to insurance claims into database with high-level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ensure all necessary claim documentation has been obtained and resubmit claims accordingly
  • Partner with external parties including physicians, insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators

Data Entry Claims Assistant Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with computer software including Microsoft Office programs
