Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Contracted High School English Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about English education, possess strong communication skills, and have a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve academic success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Valid teaching certification for high school English.
  • Proven experience in teaching high school English with a strong track record of student success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
